Studies in de Bhagavad Gita

15,75

Tallapragada Subba Row was born on June 6, 1856 in a Brahmin family belonging to the Advaita sect of Hinduism.
It became apparent early that he possessed more than an ordinary intellect. He studied law and geology, among other subjects, and excelled in both. Although he never studied Sanskrit at a university, he had a great knowledge of that language and Sanskrit literature.
Whoever reads this little book cannot help but come to the same conclusion. HP Blavatsky, the main founder of the Theosophical Society, wrote after his death in 1890 that India had lost one of its greatest scientists.
