The ISIS Foundation ensures that all its products are carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
If the ordered product is in stock, the delivery time is 4 to 7 working days. If it is not in stock, we will ship it within 30 days if possible. If that is not possible, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. If you cancel the order in whole or in part, we will refund the amount you paid, including the shipping costs.
The ISIS Foundation is responsible for any damage or loss of the product until the package has been delivered to you.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands
Within the Netherlands, our webshop uses the rates for shipping via PostNL. The prices in the table below are shown without VAT. Letterbox packages, Parcels and XL Packages are sent with Track & Trace code, Letter Post is not.

Defects or incorrectly delivered products?
If a product appears to be defective or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You can do this by email at boeken @ blavatskyhouse.org. Please include your telephone number in the email so that we can call you to make further arrangements. We will confirm these arrangements in writing by email. If you do not contact us within 7 days, any claim to the delivered product will lapse.
Return
You have the right to return a book that you bought via the webshop within 14 days after you received it. We will pay the return costs. You will receive the full amount back from us to your bank account.
Please note that you handle the book and packaging with care. Then you can return the book, in new condition, in the same packaging. If the book is not in new condition, we will deduct the depreciation from the refund.
How does returning work?
Send an email to books@blavatskyhouse.org to receive a return label. This allows you to return the book to a PostNL location.
Please keep the proof of shipment, as this will prove that you returned the book on time.
